Subject: Dont tear down SPHS

DO NOT TEAR DOWN SOUTH PARK HIGH SCHOOL. Its the only thing left of
what used to be the wealthiest stand along district before it was
annexed by BISD. Now look what happens. Why aren't these school being
better maintained??? I graduated in 1967 from SPHS and we had PRIDE and
took care of our schools. It is all that remains of what was South Park
Neighborhood. The Greenie fight never dies IS and was our motto; we will
fight you all the way on not to tear down SOUTH PARK HIGH SCHOOL. I am
just one of many "Greenies" who has only began to fight that SPHS will
NOT be torn down. It stands for pride and the hard working middle
class people of the era. Look at the history of that school; doesnt
that mean anything to anyone these days. We invite you to attend our
meeting March 3, to save SPHS!!!!!!!!!
